Industrial Flooring
Choosing the right industrial flooring and floor coating services is essential to ensure the long-term durability and resistance to wear and tear of your flooring. At National Concrete Floor, we specialize in providing top-quality industrial flooring solutions that can withstand even the toughest conditions. Our team of experts has years of experience in installing and repairing industrial floors for a variety of applications, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and more.
To prepare the concrete surface for coating, it is important to allow a minimum of 30 days for proper drying and curing. During this time, the concrete should be kept free of foot traffic and any heavy machinery. Once the concrete has cured, it should be resistant to compression of at least 3,625 pounds per inch and have a tensile resistance of at least 218 psi. Sandblasting or grinding, followed by thorough rinsing, is necessary to remove any surface laitance that may have formed during the curing process.
At National Concrete Floor, we use only the highest-quality materials and equipment to ensure that your flooring is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Our team will work with you to select the right coating for your needs, taking into account factors such as chemical resistance, slip resistance, and ease of maintenance. We also offer a range of decorative options, such as colored quartz and epoxy flake systems, to enhance the appearance of your flooring.
